Wake up every morning being thankful that you are alive. The next step for you to do is to set goals for yourself even if they are small still continue to set those goals. When you have set those goals write them down on a piece of paper, notebook, or journal. Repeat every goal you have written down continue to let it flow in your mind, because as you repeat those goals you begin to believe it. Believe is one of the important words to remember. When you believe you begin to get a feeling that you never felt before to work hard and strive to accomplish those goals. Even if you think your not good enough or even smart enough you actually are. You should always understand that their is a process to life. Life is definitely not easy, but you go through obstacles and journeys in life to put you where you always wanted to be. If you continue to pray, trust and believe then you will know that God is working everything in your favor. Even if you may not be on a faith basis then there is still a shift in the atmosphere that is moving to help you through your journey. I challenge you to set aside your electronics and just stop, think and meditate. Meditate for at least 30 minutes. When you meditate then your mood changes. Do not be discouraged, but continue to uplift yourself everyday even when you do not feel like it. Look yourself in the mirror everyday and encourage yourself. Believe that whatever situation you are in now its temporary. Temporary means only a short period of time. Always know that your situation at a short period of time is setting you up for greatness in a long period of time. I hope you are encouraged this day forward, because your more than conqueror.
