Friday is always a great day for some, because it is the weekend. Friday's are a time to relax and unwind and ease the tension from your mind. Continue to think positive thoughts and remember to always be thankful for whatever situation that you are in. Even if you are in your darkest moment then you still can enjoy life. When you accept the situation that you are then over time everything will change for the better. Understand that you are going through a process in life. Sit in a dark room in total silence and began to think to yourself. Meditate on everything that you are going through. If you need to get emotional do so. Crying can be a building towards your mental health. Give yourself about 30 minutes to relieve yourself and begin to pray. After you have meditated and prayed then find something that relaxes you. Here are some ideas that will help you relax.
1. Drink a glass of wine
2. Listen to calm music
3. Set an appointment for a massage
4. Exercise
5. Play some sports
6.Spend time with family
7. Take a trip
8. Do some spring cleaning.
